Non-Return Policy for The Scented Studio

At The Scented Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products, including but not limited to wax melts, room sprays and other scented items.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve the matter by offering a replacement or store credit.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our non-return policy. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions before making a purchase.

 

Contact Us - Please contact us to arrange a return by emailing us via hello@thescentedstudio.co.uk or via our Contact Us page on our website. We experience a high volume of messages on our social media accounts so therefore, cannot guarantee these will be seen or actioned. We try our hardest to answer emails as quickly as we can but do ask that you allow 2 working days for a response before chasing.

Used Items - We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. so please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. The customer has 14 days to request a refund from the date that they receive their order. All goods will be inspected upon return before a refund is issued. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We can only accept returns for orders placed via our website. 

How to Return - You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.  

Delivery charges - Our original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. 

Sale items - Only full priced items may be refunded, therefore any items purchased in any of our sales are non-refundable.

Wax Melts Please note, due to the fragile nature of the bars, it can be possible for them to break or chip in transit, this will not affect product quality, but please do not order if this is a problem.

Exchanges (if applicable) - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a fault, please send us an email at hello@thescentedstudio.co.uk
