Returns & Exchanges

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase/s but if for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to return or exchange your order then please contact us. 

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to cancel and refund immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need an order stopped.

Products ordered online may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused & in their original condition. Returns/exchanges are subject to exclusions & restrictions that are listed below. For our UK Customers you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.  You must provide a proof of purchase & contact details.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned.

  • Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification.
  • Custom orders, (including custom quantities, designs, collections & sets)
  • Perishable goods (including Edibles & some hampers, gift sets)
  • Wax melts and candles unless damaged
  • Sale & Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Please note, due to the fragile nature of the bars, it can be possible for them to break or chip in transit, this will not affect product quality, but please do not order if this is a problem.

Postage refunds: For UK Customers, we will also refund you for your initial postage price to the value of our standard/basic postage cost only. We will not refund you for return shipping costs.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please note if you do not include a note your refund won’t get processed. Refunds are processed ASAP but your payment provider/paypal can often take about 10 days to deposit it back into your account.

Promotional discounts and refunds
If a promotional discount or coupon code was applied to your original order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order upon return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. Any free promotional gift given with your order or free gift/s given through a coupon code with your order must also be returned if you are returning the product(s) to which the gift relates. Please see our T&Cs for more details.

 

Shipping: We currently ship within 3-5 days; however, during busier periods, this may not be possible, and lead times may be longer; this will be advised by the dispatch estimates. 

 

Refunds
We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel, however, refunds could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take five days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited, however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account
